I was diagnosed with IBS/combo in 12/2003 & was very unsuccessful with medications. I'd been 'sick' for years, but was progressively getting worse. I happened across Heather's site in 8/2004 & altering my diet has made such a terrific difference. It's so good to be able to enjoy life again!
