My symptoms include gas, explosive D, and painful cramping. It wasn't unusual for me to have between 9 and 20 attacks a day in the past. My family doesn't acknowledge my IBS, but I'm working on them! I'm on long-term pain management now, Imodium as a preventative, and Donnatal.
