I was recently diagnosed with IBS, although I believe I have had it on and off, to a lesser degree, for the last ten years. I became severely sick in January and after three months of testing was diagnosed. After starting new medication I starting feeling better but what really helped the most was Heather's diet. Her diet and books helped me get my life back.
