I am a registered dental hygienist, 52 yo, married with 2 children and 2 step children ( all esentially grown) Diagnosed 20+ years ago with GERD as well as IBS; both have been fairly well controlled until recently. IBS flaring regularly right now. History of fibromyalgia, spinal fusion, arthritis. Enjoy exercise when aches and pains allow also gardening, crocheting and knitting, reading and generally most arts and crafts. Generally work 3 days/week.
