I have had IBS -D for a long time-diagnosed in 1990,but my drs.think maybe since I was a kid. I am a nervous person,but basically,fun-loving and honest. Eating and keeping weight on has challenged me my whole life and I hope with this new diet-maybe I can gain to where I should be.
