I am married w/two small children. Been suffering from IBS for as long as I can remember. This past year my IBS-C is worse than it has ever been in my life. The meds doctors prescribed only made me worse. They can't figure me out..I drink enough water, get around 35 g.fiber a day, eat healthy, no caffiene, etc. Finally, I discovered this website and it is changing my life. Thank you Heather so much for giving me hope!! I am forever grateful to you!!
