30, married, 2 childern. Began having symptoms of IBS-D in the early-mid 90's. Began diet elimination. Wasn't diagnosed with IBS until mid 2001 (colonoscopy). Tried to stop worrying, began letting the "small stuff" go. Continued diet elimination. Have gone months with out an attack. Problematic foods: red meat, onions, cruciferous vegetables, spicy foods, sausages, lettuce, excessive fiber, greasy foods, over-eating.
