After diagnosis and trying lots of things I finally found "the answer" Effexor XL. It worked like a charm for my anxiety/depression and IBS-D. It worked for about 2 and a half years then all they symptoms came back! I got off the Effexor a year ago and have suffered on and off with IBS-D, anxiety and depression.
