I ate carefully for a while and felt better (more of less) with only mild symptoms occasionally for 7 years! I suffered a tremendous amount of emotional stress 4 years ago which brought back my IBS symptoms terribly. I suffer from uncomfortable bloat (not always associcated with gas), cramps and constipation.
