It was a VERY rough road for about 2 years. Then I FINALLY got my IBS under control with Heather's help. Nothing my doctor said really helped me. It always seemed that he just wanted to try one prescription drug after another. Well, since then I have gotten my IBS under control through diet, and digestive enzymes. I have a VERY sensitive tummy, and Heather's IBS cookbook and tips have really saved my life!!
