I joined this group almost 4 years ago when I was in hair school in Florida, and I've come a long way in that amount of time. I've had IBS for about 8 years total, 4 diagnosed. A few years ago were the worst, when I was going through a lot of testing and being stuck at home a lot of the time. Things have much improved since then and I'm more stable, but still have my good and bad days.
