I have a book called Luna Yoga by a German womyn named Ohlge (?). It was released by Ash Tree Publishing. Anyone else have it? Do the exercises also help IBS?

Alot of poses will help IBS and the overall experience is always good for you. See Heather's sugesestions for particular poses for particular symptoms here.
