IBS-safe protein, non-meat?

I'm looking for suggestions of good (IBS-safe) sources of protein that are non-animal. Seafood is OK though. I'm new to this and trying to figure things out, thanks!

if you cook till tender, and even puree if you need to, lentils and beans. Go slow if you're not used to beans, as the raffinose (bean sugar) is something your gut literally will learn to digest.

Soy can be a great option too if you start slowly so you can adjust to the raffinose.

Not sure if the egg whites are okay for you (not meat, but are animal) but they're IBS safe.
