does anyone of any good recipes using chicken breast? I assume we can have chicken breast. I would love some recipe if you could post them here that would be good thnks. shirl

Yes, chicken breasts are totally safe! There are a TON of chicken breast recipes on the recipe index. Since breasts are just about all that's safe, if you hit CTRL-F and type in "chicken" pretty much everything you find is going to involve breasts.

Cook bacon, garlic, and onion over medium heat with oil in a cast iron skillet. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
