Pages: 1 Chocolate Pudding Cake       #5325 - 04/07/03 01:27 PM Edit Reply Quote ConcreteAngel Reged: 02/12/03 Posts: 612 Loc: New Jersey,USA chocolate-pudding-cake recipe -got this from fatfree.com, its almost like a brownie- 1 cup flour 2/3cup sugar 2T Cocoa 2tsp bking powder 1/8tsp salt 1/2 cup water 2 T applesauce 1 tsp vanilla 2/3cup brown sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 1 3/4 cup hot water mix first EIGHT ingredients together, pour in sprayed baking pan Mix brown Sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle on top of batter. Pour hot water last on top of the mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The hot water sinks to the bottom to make a pudding at the bottom. Do not Freeze.
