Hi, This dressing sounds really good but was wondering what people were using it with? I always think of raw veggies, salads, etc...that i would've ate it with but can't think of what safe stuff to use it for? Any ideas out there??? Thanks! Julie

Hi Julie,

If you can't eat salad greens, even just a little at the end of a highly soluble fiber meal then use the dressing as a dip for chips, Baked Lays, or Baked corn chips. I like it as a dip for baked french-fried like white or sweet potatoes, or cook mini carrots and chill and eat as you would raw carrots with dip. If you eat avocados the Ranch is good on them as well.

Hope this gives you a few ideas. I'm sure there are lots more.

Kandee

I haven't tried Kree's recipe yet, but I used to use bottled ranch dressing as a kind of "dip" for spicy grilled or baked chicken.
