I made these tonight and I was wondering is the dough suppose to be really crumbly? I just formed it with my hands and baked them and they came out really good! I just wondered if the dough should have been so dry and crumbly?

I haven't made these since last year and I honestly don't remember! I think it was very stiff, but I don't know about crumbly. Anyone else?
