Check the recipe index for a tapioca pudding made from soy.

Thank you, it took me almost 2 hrs. Probably not something I will make again real soon . I watched your You Tube video on the Chex Mix. I had to leave off the cheese as I don't don't know where to find any. Local health food store doesn't have it nor Reasor's. Reasor's is going to check if they can order it but haven't yet. I like it a lot but would be better with cheese flavor. I'm 30+ miles from Tulsa to Akin so may not happen real soon. Any ideas? thank you

Well, any brand of soy or rice Parmesan or Romano should be fine. If you can't get any you could try sprinkling on nutritional yeast flakes when the mix is still damp. Most health food stores carry that in bulk (you just need a few tablespoons).

It's not an exact replacement but it does add a cheesy flavor.

Best,
Heather

Thank you Heather. Wow, I'm very impressed with Reasor's here and sent a thank you letter. They ordered two of the soy cheeses grated and other hard cheeses. Again, thank you.
