I bought palm sugar in little discs at the asian market. So far I have only used it in cooking since I don't know how to soften it other than cooking/mirco. does anyone else know how?

Hi Minnie Were you satisfied with the sweetness of the palm sugar? I have never tried it myself, but would be interested to know what types of recipes you used it in.

I use it in Asian recipes, like roasted chili paste, Pad Thai, other stirfry dishes.
