Hello everyone

I just wanted to know if the Durum wheat semolina found in pasta, is it safe for people with IBS ? I realize pasta is a soluble fiber staple, but maybe for some people it might trigger an attack. Also can you eat your dry cereal (example: rice chex, corn chex) with soy milk or should you only eat it dry? I just recently discovered that I have IBS-C. I still have alot of questions.

Thank You,

but be cautious with "whole wheat" pasta (not the same thing).

And yes, you can have your safe cereals dry or with soy/rice/almond/oat milk.
