My 18-year-old sister-in-law is going away to college this fall, and I'm trying to put together a small cookbook for her. She can't have an oven, hotplate, toaster, toaster oven, etc. All she will have is a dorm fridge in her room and a community microwave. I have about 10 recipes (mostly salads, sandwiches, & snacks) so far. Does anyone have any ideas? She doesn't have IBS, so they can be anything. I don't know where else to ask, since this is the only recipe forum I'm on. Thanks in advance!

I completely forgot about Chocolate Cake for One! Thanks for reminding me! I might just have to have some of that myself.
