Does anybody know what kind of juice is best? I need to have a little juice in the mornings to take my medications with. I know orange and tomato are out, and I've read that grape isn't good either. I don't want to drink a lot of it, but just a little in the morning.

I find I do well on apple juice. If my tummy and bowels are acting up apple juice seems to regulate me.I am not sure where it falls on the safe list though.

The problem with fruit juices is that they deliver a lot of fructose very quickly. Cranberry juice is usually considered the safest fruit juice - lower fructose - but any vegetable juice (like tomato) should be fine, too, unless you have trouble with the acidity.
