Pumpkin apple spice bread new

Help!! I am at my mother's and they are all requesting this bread...I left my book @ home. Anyone this recipe handy? It would make Christmas so special!!

Hope it's not too late!

Preheat oven to 350 F. Makes two 9x5 loaves:

Topping: Combine in small bowl and set aside:
- 1 tbs flour
- 5 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs canola oil

Sift into large bowl and stir together until thoroughly blended:
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp ginger

In large bowl, beat with electric mixer:
- 16 oz can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 8 egg whites

Fold into wet ingredients:
- 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped (2 cups)

With a wooden sppon, add dry ingredients to the wet, stirring until well blended. Pour into two loaf pans sprayed with cooking oil. Sprinkle on topping. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clen. Cool on racks.
