I'm making roasted sweet potatoes and squash for Thanksgiving this year. I think rosemary will go really well with this, and since my mom's doing the shopping, I can afford to use fresh herbs! Do I add it at the beginning of cooking, at the end, or in the middle? I don't want to burn the herbs, but I want the flavor to get in there as well. Thanks!

I always add it at the beginning and it tastes great.

Rosemary is a hardy herb and can handle a lot of cooking. I haven't used it with squash before, not sure how that will work. It goes well with potatoes.
