Just wanted you to know I tried the Brown Sugar Banana Bread recipe and the Pumpkin Apple Spice Bread and they are GREAT! A big hit with my kids also! I don't think my husband got to try them though - I think they were gone before he got home!

I haven't tried the pumpkin apple, but that banana bread is my second-favorite quick bread recipe of all time (first being the chocolate-applesauce bread/cake from EFI, which you MUST TRY, it's wonderful!). Everyone who has some just loves it, and nobody even guesses that it's low-fat/good-for-ya.

Yes it'd fantastic. I always cheat a little and add walnuts to one loaf, Wow, but not safe for everyone as increases the fat content.

...is dairy-free chocolate chips from the HFS. Because of the fat content, also not safe for everyone, but WOW is it good. Yum.

Around the holidays, for the loaves I give away, I add nuts and a mix of chopped dried fruit - usually papaya, apricots, and pineapple. Everyone LOVES it!
