My first thought would be to keep the breadcrumbs from getting soggy and help form the crispy crust.

Thanks, Mags, you cutie-pie! Yeah, I don't do aluminum.

Say, BTW, Girlfriend, you've turned me into a scanning fool!

LOL - I hope he doesn't get teeth for alittle bit because that will mean he's not my baby anymore

I have been an emotional mess lately...he is growing out of clothes from when we brought him home from the hospital and fitting outfits that used to be so big and everytime I put them away or get out something new I am crying my eyes out LOL - I keep telling Don that we will look back and he will be graduating...he thinks I have lost it teehee..

I have sent Jen the email so hopefully the pictures will be up in the next week or so...I am sure she is very busy with the new job and all

How's things with the amazingly, wonderful duo (S&S) LOL???
Any children in your future?

Gosh...I have no idea about the emotions you are speaking of since I don't have any kids. They are still in the FUTURE for us....no plans right away. You should come over to the Vegas board so you can catch up on Shane & I

Can't wait to see those pics of Ben!

Unfortunately, Vegas just isn't in our budget this year. I am on maternity leave and therefore only earning 1/2 my wage for one year. We can live on it, but we can't be taking any trips that's for sure LOL

Maybe the next one, I will be able to come! (Fingers crossed)

I'm think I'm gonna make this tonight with the balsamic & try the crushed corn flakes in place of the bread crumbs since I already have them.....

And I'll try this for the side.... Basmati Rice with Onion and Ginger

Does anyone happen to have a box of Kellogg's corn flakes CRUMBS? If so, could you tell me how many calories would be in 1/2 cup? I'm trying to make sure my calories are not too high for dinner and I need to go to the store on my lunch break.
