Pages: 1 Turkey Meatloaf Made Again       #242718 - 01/30/06 09:59 AM Edit Reply Quote Shirl Reged: 02/19/04 Posts: 558 Loc: North Carolina I made Shell's Turkey meatloaf this weekend and it was great. I do have a recipe adapted from Laurie ar www.recipezaar.com this recipe takes left over meatloaf slices and makes em better. This is the following recipe: leftover meatloaf, sliced not too thin 1-2 beaten eggs, I used whites 1/2 cup milk, I used soy Italian breadcrumbs dry the recipe calls for butter or maragrine for frying, I just sprayed the pan with pam your favorite spaghetti sauce (u can use any IBS friendly sauce) Dip the slices in a mixture of egg and milk. Coat with crumbs fry in sprayed pan or lightly oiled top with your favorite sauce Out of this world !!!! NUMMY !!!! -------------------- if God brought you to it. He will bring you through it.
