Hello! Shell Marr, Just wanted to thank you for the delicious Eggnog Quick Bread recipe! What a wonderful cook you are! I left out the rum and am thinking about adding some dried Craisins next time. Wow! the Soy Nog is so good! Happy Holidays to you and your family!

Okay, this looks FANTASTIC. I just hope I can find the Silk Nog here in Canada (I can buy Silk brand but I haven't seen the nog yet... )

modifying the Eggnog Bread recipe?? Are you changing anything (spices, extracts, etc.), or just using the pumpkin spice instead of the soy nog???

Well, I have not made it yet.... but I was thinking of just using all vanilla and no rum and then also adding at least 1/4 tea ground cinnamon.... I'll let ya know after I've made it... prob not until the weekend or even Tue of next week.
