super fast Home made herb bread

My friends and family call this my "special bread" It's very yummy.
1 1/3 cups warm water
4 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cups flour
1/4 cup minced garlic
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. basil
Mix all ingredients in listed order. (I use a kitchen aid or bread maker, but the old fashioned method workes great,too.)
Put dough into 2 greased bread pans. Place bread pans in oven on 175 for 35 min. Turn oven to 350 and bake 25-30 min or until golden brown.

My bread machine has a 1 hour loaf setting that I use for this bread, you might want to put in less yeast if you are using a regular 4-4 1/2 hour loaf setting. I woundn't want it to over flow in your machine.

Thanks for the tip! Mine also has a quick setting, but I've never tried it. Maybe this will be the recipe to try it with.
