Fat Free Brownie Recipe For Everyone! Yum!

1 1/4c. flour
1c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4c. applesauce unsweetened
1/2c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda,salt in bowl. Set aside. Mix in another bowl applesauce, sugar, vanilla. Stir in flour mix. Spread in a pan sprayed with cooking oil bake 325, 25- 30 min. Make 16 squares.

Angel - the WW points for each brownie at 16 servings is 1.25 points for each.
Not very much for a great snack!

Sorry I posted up the brownie recipe. I made them today and they are awful. If I find anymore recipes I will try them before posting them up. I really am sorry.

I made them yesterday and the batter was much too dry, so I added some vanilla soy milk. They actually aren't too bad. I definitely wouldn't use a cup of cocoa again, way too much.

Hi Angel, Thanks for sharing you brownie recipe with everyone. I'm going to give it a try ASAP. I am new to the site and just found out I have IBS a few weeks ago among other gastro problems. Am waiting for Heather's book to arrive so keep checking out the site so I can watch what I eat in the meantime. If you or anyone else has any suggestions for this newcomer I would really appreciate it. It's nice to have a support group where everyone knows what each other is going through. Again thanks,
