I just made this for supper last night and it was so wonderful:

1 pkg of ground turkey
1 pkg of turkey breakfast sausage
1 Medium Onion
Curry Powder/Poultry Seasoning/Salt/Pepper to taste
1 egg white

Mix all together and form loaf and bake for about 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.

It is wonderful. This is my grandma's recipe and I just love it.

NOTE: HEATHER (OR ANYONE ELSE) IF THIS RECIPE, FOR ANY REASON, IS NOT IBS SAFE PLEASE CONTACT ME OR REMOVE THE POST. I DO NOT WANT TO POST A RECIPE WHICH WILL NOT HELP PEOPLE. THANK YOU.

I don't have much experience with meat loaves or burgers, but it seems like you could just form this recipe into patties instead of a loaf. Do you think?

And the recipe looks perfectly safe, no worries! As always with ground turkey or turkey sausage, just check that fat content to make sure you're getting ground white meat only, no dark meat or skin.

Thank you Lana!

Oh Good - I didn't want to provide everyone with a bad recipe.

I would assume you could make these into burger too. I am sure it would be excellent.

My favorite was always leftover meatloaf. Slice it off into a sandwich and add some mustard. It was my favorite sandwich as a kid and is now my husbands fav too!
