ISOT and couldn't find this posted, so here goes. I got this recipe from the Duncan Hines Website and it's yummy. I used decaf instant coffee - I figured it was probably safe based on Heather having used it as flavoring in a couple of recipes and sure enough, I had no problems with it.

Mocha Angel Food Cake
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: As directed on package (38-48 minutes on my package)
Recipe Yield: 16 slices

Ingredients:
1 package Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix
2 teaspoons instant coffee (I used decaf)
1/4 cup cocoa

Directions:
Combine cake mix and cocoa in large bowl. (I put the cake mix in, then sifted the cocoa on top of it to get out the lumps, then whisked them together.)
Add the instant coffee to the water called for on the package and stir to mix well.
Add water to cake mix and proceed with package directions.

I bake all my angel food cakes in two 9x5 loaf pans, instead of an angel food cake pan and it works fine. I turn the loaf pans on their sides on a rack to cool.

(BTW, on the Website the recipe refers to Packet B - that dates back to when Angel Food Cake mixes came with a flour packet and an egg white packet. You know, back in the old days.)
