Hey, if I'm getting bigger because I can't turn down the sweets, everyone else has to, too! LOL!

Just kidding, of course. *hugs* back atcha, and enjoy - and I'll probably be snacking on mine about the same time you're digging into yours!

It's not fair that this is so easy! I see an extra 15 pounds in my future

I used Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge cake mix and Jello vanilla pudding (I didn't have chocolate). It was still very chocolatey so I bet it would be even better with the chocolate pudding mix.

My one quibble is that I could really taste the egg white. Not sure why. Maybe I need the extra chocolate of the pudding mix to kill the taste? It was still good, but I think next time I'll try cutting the egg white in half and see if it'll still turn out.

I used to do this when I was a kid, except with lemon mix and raspberry all fruit jam, or black cherry or rhubarb jam/preserves. It's like a souffle. I think more than half the mug was jam, topped with more jam.

Argh!! My local grocery store was out of both vanilla AND chocolate instant pudding today!! Darn the fourth of July rush! I want to make this!

Maybe the extra chocolate of the pudding will do it... I've never tasted the egg white!

It was good but I kind of had that happen too. Maybe I didn't mix it enough? It was mostly along the edges. Either way I'm planning on trying it again today.

I *never* use larger than a LARGE egg... so if you're using extra-large or jumbo, that might have something to do with it.
