Pages: 1 easy soyogurt smoothies!!!       #178921 - 05/13/05 10:31 PM Edit Reply Quote little bear Reged: 12/22/04 Posts: 736 Loc: chicago i came up with this a couple days ago and really love making/drinking them! it really makes taking acacia alot more fun b/c the prep. is so easy--tea usually is a pain waiting for the water to heat soooo: *Easy SoYogurt Smoothie* -half-cup/froz.blueberries -4-6 froz.strawberries -1 container/vanilla soyogurt -half-cup/vanilla soymilk -1 TBSP/acacia ***blend!*** pour into a glass and enjoy you can change the fruits depending on your tastebuds and your tolerance level. i used organic froz.fruits by Cascadian Farms, which you can usually find @ W.F.[whole foods] but i actually think theyre branching out and jewel may be carrying them?? hope you like it! -------------------- VEGAN ASHLEY~IBS/C www.myspace.com/dutchflowers Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator     Re: easy soyogurt smoothies!!!       #178992 - 05/14/05 10:38 AM Edit Reply Quote Passanie Reged: 04/28/04 Posts: 344 Loc: Fresno, CA Thanks little bear. I'll have to try one with the soy yogurt. I made a smoothie last night with soy milk and my tummy stayed nice and strong. Went to a party with my baked Lays and was strong enough to have a margarita. I love to celebrate successful tummy days!
