Tofu Cubes With Basil

2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp water
16 oz Tofu, rinsed, drained and cut into 1/2 " cubes
1 Tbsp fresh basil, minced
1. Combine the first 3 ingredients together in a 9" glass baking dish.
2. Mix the tofu cubes in the dressing, cover evenly.
3. Make sure tofu is one layer in the baking dish and sprinkle with basil.
4. Bake 35 minutes, turn 2-3 times.

I should be !!!  I eat only fish and chicken though no red meat at all. And I eat all lowfat or nofat.
