Kielbasa & Potatoes

1 ring of turkey kielbasa chopped into 1 inch pieces (I usually slice it and then chop each slice into fourths)
6-8 medium potatoes chopped into 1 inch squares(I sometimes use more depending on how hungry we are)
Lemon & Herb spice or Lemon Pepper spice
Olive oil or cooking spray

Place potatoes in a large pan and saute covered, in olive oil or cooking spray, stirring occasionally, until nice and tender. Add kielbasa and a generous enough portion of spice to add a good amount of flavor and cover again (I usually taste-test a potato or two). Saute until kielbasa is juicy and cooked through, about 10 minutes or so.

Do you keep the skin on the turkey kielbasa and what brand do you use? I haven't really seen any out there. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right spots!

Yep... I keep the skin on. Jennie O has a turkey kilebasa out on the shelves. I don't think that's the only brand though, I think I've seen others too. I can handle regular kielbasa as long as it doesn't have MSG in it, so sometimes I just use that instead.
