(original call for 20-24 chicken wings) - I just put in a 1.5 pounds or more of chicken breast
8 oz. french dressing (diet/fat free)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon margarine

Heat to boiling the french dressing, honey, water and margarine. Pour over chicken wings or chicken parts (now using white meat only). Marinate in refridgerator for 12-24 hours. Bake chicken parts in 350 oven for 1 (one) hour turning to glaze frequently, or for wings two (2) hours turning very often. (I baste every 15-20 minutes - tedious, but worth it).

sounds yummy...also what is really good is to use garlic salt, paprika, and fat free italian dressing...cook meat side down first, then flip over and re-season and cook the other half of the cooking time...
