Anyone out there got any good risotto recipes??? I have a lovely tuna one if anyone wants it. Also, I am looking for nice rice recipes.

Hi Trish,
I love risotto...and my next favourite cookbook after Heather's (ofcourse) is a rice encyclopaedia...it must have about 30 risotto recipes....what is your fancy?? and I'll have a look.
I haven't actually tried any from the book (too busy enjoying other amazing things from it(...although I did cook this fabulous risotto cake....)and I just can't beat my mum's great mushroom risotto (4 different types sauteed, added to mix just before the rice is done, with chopped parsley) or pumpkin risotto with a squeeze of orange juice...works great.
