Unfried Taco Salad Bowl
Quickly dip a flour tortilla in water mixed with a few drops of oil in a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Drape damp tortilla over a foil covered empty tin can on a baking sheet. Shape as desired with the foil underneath. Bake at 450º for 4-5 minutes. Remove tortilla from can and set on a baking sheet, cup side up. Finish baking 2 or 3 minutes longer or until bowl feels crisp.

Sounds good. I have also found in the dairy section of the grocery store, taco bowls that you can bake. They are put out by Aztec ? I believe. They have the form to put together and the tortillas. We all love them. I have made a taco bowl buffet with ground turkey, shredded cooked chicken and all the fixins. Everyone does there own and I can enjoy also. Don't have idea as to fat content etc. with these but they come out light and crispy.
