Hi All,
This is a recipe from Tastes of Home - which is a good thing because that means it is relatively quick and contains easy ingredients. I've made it a few times now and hubby and I both love it! It's not colorful or anything, but it's yummy! Just passing it allong here:

6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
8 oz frozen lemonaid concentrate (take it out of the freezer and thaw a bit before cooking)
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dry thyme

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place chicken in a dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking
In another bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
Poor half the lemon mixture over the chicken and bake for about 15 minutes
Remove from oven flip chicken over and add the remaining lemon mixture and put back in the oven to bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until juices run clear.

After the chicken is done baking, I usually put most of the lemon sauce into a pan on the stove and add a bit of cornstarch mixed with cold water and boil for a couple minutes to thicken it up. I also prepare some no yokes egg noodles. I add about 2/3 of the sauce back to the chicken and then pour the other 1/3 over the drained noodles, allong with about a tablespoon of dijon mustard and a bit of salt and pepper. Serve the chicken over the pasta.

Great dish! Enjoy!
