hubby work trouble

Nyb husband is in trouble at work. Hae handled a situation with one of his clients wrong, (he is a caregiver and he deals with handicapped people on his job), andyway, they suspended hime until further notice waiting for an investigation into the matter and told not to contact anyone at work. He is very headstrong and made a second mistake and contacted one of his coworkers. Hus boss found out and threatened to fire himnif he did it again. To me it is a small matter that has been blownn out of proportion by my husband and his boss. But it is a matter of cincern to deal with

Louise what did your husband do?
I work at a Nursing Home as a CNA and realize everyone makes mistakes. If it is serious enough - yes it has to be looked into.
