Pages: 1 FLARE UP       #373743 - 09/20/18 01:04 PM Edit Reply Quote elaine1950 Reged: 09/18/18 Posts: 1 Hi....I am new to this but I have had IBS for years.....and also have celiac....the last few days I have had a flare up and can't seem to get it under control....I cant hardly eat anything without it bothering me and I am cramping a lot.......just need to vent because you all understand...just don't know what to do...added fiber to my diet and now I think I am more bloated and gassy from the fiber! Any suggestions?
