Do enemas help IBS? I have seen an article on doing olive oil enemas for those with IBS. Thoughts?

I did find this article (below link), about olive oil enemas and IBS which had me started on all this. I had done an enema or two on my own, and believe in colon cleanses, but that is before I figured out I may have IBS...
