I, too, started taking Buspar about a week ago and have questions about it. I am taking 1/3 of a pill twice a day (10mg total). Yesterday and today I woke up extremely nervous. I talked with my doctor yesterday about it and he said to give it another week. But, I'm not sure. I'm soooo frustrated with the anxiety I've been experienceing lately and the IBS-D is bad lately too. I hate this. I was on Buspar for 2 weeks. I'll take my first dose of Lexapro tonight. I'll keep you posted as to how it works for me. How are you doing?
