Anyone have any experience with Reiki? I'm going to take a class and I'm so excited about it. Just wondering if anyone has been treated or has taken a class.

and I love it. The attunements can be challenging, but well worth the experience. I'm finishing up my Usui Reiki classes this summer and then moving on to Karuna Reiki in July.
Word to the wise...this type of work can make you detox big time. Set aside a day or two after the class to pamper yourself. Don't worry about it though, once all that crap moves out of your system, you'll feel a lot better.

I tried it once and it didn't work BUT it was probably because my friend tried it on me on my stomach for my IBS and I just kept laughing and couldn't take her seriously so that's probably why. Also tried reflexology. I gave that about 4 mths and that didn't work either.  I did like the sessions though cause I laid on a nice warm table while she did it  That was relaxing!
