He was so cute... not able to talk will all the gauze in his mouth... you would think we were playing a game of charades!! He has been medicated....and putting on his ice packs.... he finally ate some mac & cheese for dinner.... otherwise it was butterscotch pudding, vanilla shake, pumpkin pie shake, & eggnog shake from Jack in the box....LOL He had me go back for the eggnog and there is still a strawberry in the freezer....LOL

I do have one pic of him from when I frist got him home and he was all snuggled up on the couch with blankets and his snoopy....(long story on the snoopy) but, I still have to get it off the camera. I'll post it this weekend...

I sympathize w/Shane. I had mine taken out a little over 2 wks ago, and it was so horrible. Tell him I hope he feels better soon! And don't eat any couscous-it gets into the empty space in the gums & it's really hard to get out! Good excuse to eat shakes & ice cream though!

Poor guy! I hope his recovery is easy.

I had mine taken out about 10 years ago. That night, my friends made me watch Little Shop of Horrors for the dentist scene! That weekend I also learned that chocolate mint yogurt really should not exist.

Eugh, I had mine done about six years ago. It feels like you have toffee stuck in your back teeth for ages thanks to the stitches. I took so many pain meds I got seriously C and had to go to the doctor. And the taste of blood was yuck!

But the good news is that once the pain of having them extracted goes away then there's no wisdom teeth pain which is wonderful!

Spoil him Shell, get better soon Shane!

awww.. I had mine out about a year and a half ago- no fun at all... and worse, I had to go get the pain meds myself becuase a friend took me, Bill was at work... so there I was all swollen and icky and standing at the pharmacy...

but it isn't that bad, in a few days, he'll be back up.. and meanwhile he gets lots of soft treats...

b'day steak that soon.. he may have some real problems... make sure he's careful not to pull the stuff from the sockets... dry socket can be nasty!
