Went to see horse today (second viewing) and have been accepted as a part share. I get to ride him 3 times a week, plus compete on him in the summer.
He's a 15.3 hand 15yr old TB, who is really laid back with paces to die for (think cantering on a comfy sofa!).
So this is Storm ...
and here's one of Lucy looking cute!

Aw he`s cute. I`ve never sat on a horse in my life!!!!!!!!!!! I used to beg my mum for lessons but they were £10 for half an hour (about $15) so there was no chance of that happening. Plus when I was ten someone chased me accross the field! anyway love the pics Jo

Looks like a fine horse indeed!! Its been a LONG time, probably 10+ years since I've been on one but I've always enjoyed it!

He reminds me of JR, the retired TB show horse I used to ride when I was in school. I was doing a favor for a friend of my dad's - her husband wouldn't let her ride while pregnant, after one of the other horses pitched her and stepped on her belly! - so I went every day, and it was bliss.
I miss that. Thanks for the trip down memory lane, though. Oh, and of course, awesome for you that you got accepted for the share!
