Dogs are good at that... getting disgusting and then sharing it with their humans. Hah! But she *is* cute! Bet it's a good thing to remember that sometimes, like I have to keep reminding myself that Phaedra really is very cute, even when she pees on my laundry or tries to eat my knitting.
Ahem.

Things are going really well. My freelance work is really taking off (a little too well!). I am staying fit and sane by walking the dog and riding a couple of times a week.
Still on the anti-depressents (had to up the dose after xmas with my parents!), but having more normality rather than ups and downs. IBS is great, which means I need to lose a bit of weight again!!
Hope you and Adam are both well.

She's very active. I walk her for around two hours a day with toys and other dogs to play with. We also go to training classes (she's in pre-advanced he he!) and have just joined an agility club.
She also loves a good snuggle under the duvet and makes a great hot water bottle.
