What is the deal with this gut? This is my third bad C attack in a week. I had to take a laxative (I NEVER use them) again, in addition to my enema last Sat and my laxatives twice more this week. I'm in serious pain! Hello! I'm an A!! I should be switching back and forth like I usually do! waaaah!

I think I just need a hug.

I have been stable for the longest...then a major C attack. Drank my first up of smooth moves tea in the longest time...was blissfully empty and now have to readjust. What a pain in the rear...no pun intended. Oh well...this too shall pass...no pun there either. Why are many cliches seemingly appropriate for IBS?????

LMBO! Oh, we could pun it up forever!

I do NOT like the pain associated with C-I'd take D over this any day-at least I'd get empty and would feel better. I am empty right now but feel quite sore, like my intestines have been uber stretched.

I am in agreement...I would rather be empty that stopped up to high heaven! Mercy! I did have a poo today and only had the dogs to celebrate with me!

Not like my husband really wants to know about my poo!

I was on Zelnorm and it worked for a while, sometimes, but gave me D all the time.

I have Buscopan, and it doesn't really help for pain.More just D.
I have Correctol on hand for those serious C moments now.
I take metamucil every day(except for the 10 days I was away at camp)
and I use a probiotic every day(except when I was away at camp)
I have Tylenol 3 for those awful pain days(but they cause C, so I try to avoid them.) My attack 9 days ago required t3 and did nothing. I am sensitive to meds, too!

Going to camp, having no meds and eating totally off the diet is what killed me, and it's going to take a while to get stable again. I just want to be my usual A self again!
