Pages: 1 Now I'm Anxious About Hot Weather Too       #373887 - 06/08/19 01:28 PM Edit Reply Quote Todd_W Reged: 03/31/19 Posts: 1 Loc: California, USA I grew up and have spent most of my life in Southern CA, so heat was just part of life. It only started becoming an issue in the last few years. Now when I see a heat wave coming, I get anxious about how I will suffer and cope. Increased temps bring on gut pain, feeling short of breath(but really not?) and fatigue. My IBS_D is tenuously stable as I have been stuck in a life transitional period. I'm back home near friends and family in SoCal which is great from a support standpoint. I do worry a lot about how I will manage my well-being and a full time job as summer approaches.
